Who we are

Foodibles is a directory and ordering gateway run by RamTD Ltd. Each shop listed on Foodibles is an independent business. When you place an order, your contract is with that shop, not with Foodibles.

Orders and payment

• Prices, minimum orders, delivery areas and charges are set by each shop and shown before you pay.
• Payment is taken by the shop's payment provider. Refunds and cancellations are handled by the shop under its own policy.
• Opening times and availability are live from the shop's system, but a shop may still refuse an order, in which case you will not be charged or will be refunded in full.

Using the site

You agree not to place fraudulent orders, misuse the site or interfere with its operation. We may suspend access where we believe this is happening.

Liability

We provide the listings in good faith from information supplied by the shops. We are not responsible for the food, its preparation, allergens or delivery. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
